RENTAL APPLICATION FEE

$50.00

A $50.00 application fee is due when the completed rental application is submitted. Applications are processed after the completed application and required payment are received and verified, subject to applicable Virginia law.

Accepted payment methods: Cash (in person), personal check, or money order. Zelle® online payment — Coming Soon.

Application fee payment instructions

Include the $50.00 application fee with your completed application. For applications delivered in person, cash, personal check, or money order is accepted. For mailed applications, include a personal check or money order payable to RPM Properties LLC. Do not mail cash.

Zelle® payments: Coming Soon. Please do not send payments through Zelle until RPM Properties LLC publishes its verified business payment instructions.

All printed applications and related documents must be completed and returned by one of these two methods. Do not email completed forms or upload them through this website.

Other lease documents are supplied directly by management for the relevant property and tenancy.
